PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This was a major project completed by Sean O’Leary Plant Hire Ltd. with a duration of approximately 2.5 years from start date to completion.
This project was a new 5-star hotel with apartments and houses. We had 15 personnel and 6 machines on site for the duration of the project.
This was a green field site to begin which meant an easy start. Firstly, we hit a white rock which we had to perform rock breaking with 70 tonne diggers but it was a slow process.
Works on this site included soil removal, pond construction, bridge construction, interceptor ditch construction, retaining walls (with sleepers) and drainage management.
All materials used in this project were very high end.
It was a joy to be involved in this 5-star hotel construction project and we were all very pleased with the finished result.
